Bug Fixes

* Fixed a bug that prevented Birthday Cupcakes from dropping from monsters. To compensate for the delay, these special items will continue to drop until 11:59 p.m. PDT on Monday rather than 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sunday.

* Fixed a bug that prevented Victory Tokens from being awarded in Rollerbeetle Races.

i have 17 so far in low level regular mode taking maybe 15/20 minutes

I've had 3 drop for me. The drop rates do seem to be quite low. At least compared to event item drops in the past.

Hmmmm... they must have a reduced drop rate than normal event drops. I will have a go in the morning.
